I should really make this a good update...however I fear that it won't be.

Obviously not much has been happening in the Hartley household lately or else you'd be hearing about it. ;) Justin and I have been working alot; taping episodes and the occasional tv special/interview on the Soap Channel has popped up, but we've mainly been layin' low and enjoying the beginning of the summer season! And with summer in the horizon, we have a special day coming up! I can't believe my baby girl is going to be a year old! Wow! It's been an amazing ride the past 12 months, watching her grow and develop into her own little person has been such a joy. I'm loving every moment of motherhood and I know Justin's enjoying having his little girl around.

Speaking of parenting, I know I'm a bit slow on this but Congrats to Heather & Nathan Hartley on the birth of their twins! I hope that this setback with Jackson is resolved quickly and safely so that you can enjoy life as a family! Justin and I are always around if you EVER need anything. We love all of you!

That's about all I can get out at the moment...yes, my life is dry :-/ Anyways, have a good weekend!

Yikes, Easter was a long time ago. I can't believe I haven't updated since then!

Anywho, I had a birthday last week. However not much has changed now that I'm 27. (Not that I was expecting it to). We didn't really have much of a celebration because the entire household is sick. With what, I'm not exactly sure. So we had cake and watched movies. Justin bought me a beautiful diamond line bracelet by Nili. It's absolutely gorgeous! He also mentioned that he had a great idea of what to get Isa for her 1st birthday in July.

He's only alittle nuts, that husband of mine ;) *shakes head*

That's all for tonight guys. Oh but before I go, Happy Birthday Kelly Clarkson! Don't party too hard!

EDIT: Please keep Heather and Nathan Hartley in your prayers tonight. I just got word that something's up with the babies and they're at the hospital. : - /

Wow look at all these American Idols!! It's madness I tell ya! I'm such a loser, but I'm totally addicted to this show.

Sorry this post is going to suck but Isabella's being, well, a baby. I
think she's not feeling too hot :( I just got over being
sick this past week. Oh yeah and totally off the subject but Justin is
threatening that one of these days he's going to bring home a puppy. He
says it'll be good for Isa to have a companion. Companion?? Please Jay,
she's 7 months old for cryin' out loud! Anyway, Justin and
I took the day off to just relax and do some shopping. Isabella got
some new clothes, as did Daddy. Can you believe I refrained myself from
buying anything?! I'm so proud of myself ; )

Oh and Heather and Nathan found out that they're having both a boy AND
a girl this past week!! Congrats guys! I can't wait to find out what
they're planning to name them. And once they get here, THEN Isabella
will have a companion, Justin ; )

Ok well this post didn't suck that badly..did it? Oh and before I go,
check out this interview I recently found that Justin had with SoapCity
this past year. *sighs lovingly* That's my man..I love him : )

So I haven't updated in awhile. I'm so bad I know. Whadya gunna do though? ;)

Let's see whats been going on here? Isabella is getting so big! It's like she's becoming a little person now :) She definitely has gotten her stubborn personality from her father! Her facial expressions are hilarous though. Just the other day she was sitting in the pac-n-play in our bedroom while I was folding like the 5th load of laundry I had done that day and Justin was trying on some clothes from his closet and getting rid of some he doesn't really wear anymore. Anyway, he walked out in this totally ridiculous outfit from a few Halloweens ago. *laughs* You should of seen Isa's face! She looked completely shocked, and terrified at the same time! She lifted one eyebrow and her eyes got huge! Oh man, haha, I was dying! It's been the ongoing joke around here lately.

Work's going good. Not too much to report about there. It's kind of nice to be able to sit around on set in my 'wheelie chair' as Mack calls it. *laughs* She's just jealous ;)

Oh yeah! I almost forgot! I have a sister-in-law!! Heather Chasez and Justin's brother got married a few weekends ago! It was a beautiful wedding! Heather's a great girl and it's so nice to see Nathan so happy with her! I wish you both the best of luck with your future together! Speaking of Heather, I got a call from her the other day that she was in the hospital and she's now on bedrest until further notice. Sucks Heath :( Don't worry I'm going to come by this weekend and bring you some stuff to play with! ;)

No, I haven't forgotten about my journal. I've been busy traveling around during the holidays. We saw alot of friends and family this season! I was excited for them to see Isabella, since many of them hadn't seen her since she was born. By the way her first Christmas was flawless! She's getting so big, it's crazy. She's like a weed. No, not weed...like weed weed, but weed like an annoying plant weed. (Ok maybe that's like the same thing...oh nevermind)

I'm going to cut this entry short..well...because I'm watching Maury (my guilty pleasure). ;) Hope you all have a great time ringing in 2005, just incase I don't talk to you.

'Passions' Star David Bailey Dies at 71

LOS ANGELES - David Bailey, a star of the NBC soap opera "Passions," died in an accidental drowning, the show's producers said Tuesday. He was 71.

Bailey died Nov. 25, the show said in a statement.

The veteran actor played ruthless Alistair Crane, who was in the "Passions" story since its debut in 1999 but was only heard and never seen until Bailey took the role and gave it a face in September.

"It is with great sadness that we learned of the sudden passing of David Bailey," said executive producer Lisa de Cazotte. "He was a man of great compassion and kindness as well as an extraordinary actor. "

Bailey is survived by his wife, Yvonne Bailey of Philadelphia, and a son, Xander Bailey, of Los Angeles.

I don't think it's been this uncomfortable and quiet at work since Josh died...I think everyone's still in shock over David's death. It came so sudden. The funeral was Tuesday. Ben spoke on behalf of the entire Passions cast. It was beautiful, and David would of loved it. We're going to miss him.

I had lunch with Heather yesterday and I brought along Isa. She's getting soo big! I just can't believe how time flies! It's so cute to watch her, she gets so excited when Heather's around! It's like she's her aunt or something ;)

Alright well I have to go put the little one down and make sure Justin's ok. He's taking this whole thing pretty hard. Poor baby : (

Hello all!

Sorry I'm such a lazy bum these days, but well no actually I've been pretty busy. I don't remember the show being this tiring before I had Isabella. I'm exhausted when I come home and all I want to do is sleep. But not her, she's a buzzing ball of energy that one. I'll tell ya. *laughs*

Oh and Justin was talking to his brother Nathan and guess what?! He asked Heather to marry him the other night! I think we're the first ones to know. How exciting!! Nathan's so adorable about all this too, it's fun to watch!

Ok I best be going now. It's my day off so I'm going to LaSpina's day spa!! Whoot Whoot!

Oh man. I'm soo tired! Last night was fun though. Justin, his brother Nathan, Heather Chasez and I all went out to eat at Boomerock in Pasadena. They have some good stuff there! Oh and afterwards we got the shit scared out of us at the movies. We saw The Grudge and all I have to say is that I probably only saw 20 minutes of the movie because the rest of it I was hiding behind my hand. Haha. But it was a fun time.

Heather and Nathan seem to really hit it off last night. I mean it's not the first time they've met but last night you could really see the sparks flyin'. (Or maybe it was just me)

On a different note, my baby girl's sick : ( She has a high fever and hasn't stopped coughing and sneezing since we came home last night. She kept Justin and I up all last night with her blood-curdling wails. Justin's taking the day off tomorrow to take her to the doctors and stay at home with her. My poor baby : (

As you've probably already noticed last week I returned to the show! I was so excited to be back with everyone again! Alot has changed in plot since I've had Isabella, but Justin's been keeping me up to date with everything. Hope you all have been watching! It's getting steamy! (Not that it isn't always)

I've been leaving Isa with my mom during the day while Justin and I are filming. Thank god my mom isn't one of those crazed grandmothers who pinch poor baby's cheeks and gooby, ya know? Just leave that to Justin's mother! Geez oh man, that woman as sweet as she is and all, she never leaves our house!! Oh my lord, I mean she's always there and as soon as she walks in the door she takes charge and starts doing laundry! (not that I'm complaining and the laundry thing or anything :) )

Anyway, the shows good, Justin's good, I'm good, so goodnight people

EDIT: Gooby or Goob is Justin's word for anything mushy or lovey-dovey. Don't ask, please! Haha. And for godsakes don't encourage him!

So Justin went back to filming a few weeks ago. I've been trying to stay sane during the looonnng days alone with Isabella. I'm not complaining......entirely ;) But's it been hectic and tiresome. Actually the first week Justin went back to filming, I brought Isa in and we sat through the line-read. I loved seeing everyone again! I really miss them! I can't wait to come back!

Tuesday it looks like Heather Chasez, her friend Matt, Justin and I have a date! I miss going out with people! I'm glad that Isa is old enough now that I feel comfortable leaving her with a sitter (even if it is only my own mother!) Maybe I'll call up Mckenzie or Eric to have them come too. It's been awhile since we've all hung out.

Alright, I'm going to spend time with my overly tired, yet still very sexy husband ;) Goodnight to all!

Justin's parents are here!! I never thought I'd be this happy to have my inlaws at the house...but they're going to watch Isa for the next week. Justin and I are taking a vacation! We're not exactly sure where to, but we definitely need some Justin/Lindsay time.

Justin and I have been busy, busy, busy lately. This new parenting thing is tiring! I never believed it when people told me how tired I'd be after Isa was born. *sigh*

Oh! Justin and I were watching Passion's this past week (since it started up again after the Olympics ended this past week) The people that took the place of 'Fox' and 'Theresa' are...I dunno...eh... We wanna know though...what does everyone think?

Wow! It's been awhile! Sorry guys!

Justin and I took Isabella down to the studio today! Everyone was thrilled to meet her! James and his wife also brought in their new baby! They are only a few days apart! Everyone was 'ooing' and 'ahhing' over the two of them. *laughs* Galen and Brook wanted to know when we were coming back to the show. And we really couldn't answer them. I miss the show. I miss everyone there. I'm not sure when either Justin or I will be back to shooting. :(

Anyways, we're off to Illinois this weekend with the baby, to see Justin's family. It's supposed to be really hot there too...ugh! (not looking forward to that)

Sorry this is so short. I promise a longer one next time. Isa's crying, gotta run!

I don't really have much to say right now. So I don't know why I'm updating...hmm?

Hurricane Charley has been ripping away at Florida. I know many people around here that have family or/and friends down there...I'm praying everything turns out for the best!

The Olympics started last night! I can't wait to see the gymnastics. For some reason that's always been my favorite! I had to turn the opening ceremony off last night cause it was just waaayy too long and they weren't doing anything but walking around. So yeah.

Oh, a few nights ago Justin and I joined some new people and went out on the town. It was sooo much fun. We really enjoyed ourselves. We haven't been 'let out' of the house really since Isabella was born. So thanks to Heather Chasez, Marissa Combs and those other guys we met, you guys gave us back our lives! *laughs* Thanks!

Alright no more now. I'm in the mood to breakout my old Nsync cd. (Don't ask!) *laughs*

Hmm, I'm bored. Justin took Isa grocery shopping with him. I hope they don't come back with more junk food than real food. Even though I'm totally craving junk right now...I'm supposed to be working out and eating right to get my body back. But that ain't working so well! *laughs*

Justin and I are on 'Parental Leave' from the show. That sounds so offical! It's still strange to know that Justin and I are parents! Wow...crazy! Anyways, Lisa has found people to replace our characters of Fox and Theresa for awhile.

Anyways, I'll be sure to update again later on....back to 'working out'..ha! Yeah right...

Oh well. Oh! Guess what!?! Isa slept through the night!!! Isn't that exciting? Justin got up early to go for a run and when he came back he checked in on her and she's still sleeping! That just blew my mind! No child that I have ever heard of has ever done that as a month old!

*yells to Justin 'Grab me the phonebook hunny. I'm calling Guiness!'*

I'm gonna try to get some more sleep so that I can keep up with Isa all day since now she'll be the rested one.
